Machine testing

Tests, examinations and measurements related to work safety on machines and production lines, including:

Run-up time test
- Precise determination of the time of stopping the dangerous movement of the machine. The test can determine the stopping time of the machine after intrusion into the danger zone and activation of the safety system element.
Thermal imaging.
- Measurement of the temperature distribution in the machine / drive system / control cabinets in order to detect potential threats of temperature increase, which may cause damage to a given element or fire hazard.
Tests of safety systems, including process safety (temperature, pressure).
